I’ve been lucky enough to have worked at some of the finest spas on the Central Coast and because of that, I can offer much more then just massage therapy including face and foot treatments. All products used are 90-99% natural, paraben and sulfate free. I would never use a product on a client I would not be 100% comfortable using on myself.

HOW TO GET THE MOST FROM YOUR THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE SESSION

  • Don’t eat just before a massage session.
  • Let your body digest your meal first.
  • Be on time. If you arrive in a frenzied, rushed state, it may take longer to relax.
  • Make sure to remove all jewelry and pull long hair back into a bun or ponytail.
  • Communicate with your practitioner. If you ever feel any pain or discomfort, don’t hesitate to speak up.
  • Remember to breathe normally. Breathing helps facilitate relaxation. It is important to relax your muscles and your mind.
  • Drink extra water after your massage. Massage helps release toxins, so it is important to drink enough water to help flush them out.
  • Don’t get up too quickly and do allow for some open, quiet time after your massage session.
