Modified Hours & Classes…

  • Sunday, 5/18 – CLOSED (annual gym deep cleaning)
  • Monday, 5/26 – Limited Hours (8am-5pm) & ONLY 4 Classes…
    8:30 AM – Spin with Hailey (45 minutes)*
    9:30 AM – BodyPump with Hailey
    10:45 AM – Yoga with Seanna
    12:15 PM – SeniorWorks “Variety” with JoAnn

    *Space is limited in Spin so sign up online up to 4 days in advance.


    Evening BodyCombat is BACK –
    Join Jessica on Wednesday EVENINGS at 5:30 PM for an empowering cardio kickboxing class.

    SeniorStrong on Tuesdays at 12:15 PM – Join Leslie for a 45-minute strength/cardio class geared for fitter seniors and will not include chair work. Moving up and down from the floor will be included.

You can also view instructor/class substitutions on our “Sub Board” when you check in at the Front Desk. While we always try to sub classes before we cancel them due to instructor illness, sometimes we can’t.

    Group Fitness Schedule

    SIGN-UPS required for Spin classes. Please cancel if you can’t make it to class. Online sign-ups = up to 4 days in advance OR at the Front Desk = 1 day in advance. Please COME EARLY and check in with the Front Desk Staff to pick up your Spin Pedal Pass. Your spot will be given to the waitlist at 5 minutes before class starts.
