Tis the season for colds and flu. Our fitness instructors and staff are not immune from the challenge. While we always try to sub classes before we cancel them due to instructor illness, sometimes we can’t.
SIGN-UPS required for Spin classes. Please cancel if you can’t make it to class. Online sign-ups = up to 4 days in advance OR at the Front Desk = 1 day in advance. Please COME EARLY and check in with the Front Desk Staff to pick up your Spin Pedal Pass. Your spot will be given to the waitlist at 5 minutes before class starts.

**Suspended Temporarily** A fun, full-body, fusion workout set to upbeat music, incorporating movement from ballet, Pilates and traditional strength training. BARRE classes are for Every Body as they are low impact, focusing on high repetitions through large and small ranges of motion, resulting in improved posture and endurance while emphasizing balance, length and strength. (45 minutes)
Get ready for a high-energy, intense cardio workout. Burn fat, release stress, and build strength to upbeat music and professional coaching. Cycling shoes w/ S.P.D. cleats or stiff-soled shoes. (45 or 60 minutes)

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) transforms your body by burning fat and building muscle with functional training bursts and strength training intervals. Bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and functional equipment are used to burn and build! (30 or 45 minutes)

Maintain & improve physical components needed for activities of daily living. A gentle warm-up precedes strengthening, flexibility, & balance exercises. All exercises may be performed sitting or standing depending on your fitness level. Each instructor emphasizes something different (stability, variety, challenge) & finishes with stretching. Enjoy moving to upbeat music in a fun, supportive social setting. (45 minutes)
Silver Swansā¢ is a low-impact ballet class designed for adults of all ages with special consideration for the needs of those 55+. Move with grace to beautiful music using ballet techniques to develop strength and balance while toning your whole body. Improve your flexibility, coordination and posture in an uplifting atmosphere.
This class is designed to gently stretch and strengthen the body while calming the mind. Because of its slow, relaxed pace and use of props, this yoga class offers an opportunity to safely build strength, mobility, and balance for all, even those healing from injury or illness.
Qigong (pronounced āchi gungā) is a system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial arts training (closely related to Tai Chi).

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art of relaxation, healing and self-defense. This class is beginner and intermediate level with the focus on providing Tai Chi fundamentals and easy sequences in a friendly, informative, and healing environment.
