Sign Up for Group Fitness Classes at fitnessworks Morro Bay
Sign-ups are required for our group fitness classes in Morro Bay, CA, especially spin classes. If you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation. You can sign up online up to four days in advance or at the Front Desk one day in advance. Please arrive early to check in with the Front Desk staff and pick up your Spin Pedal Pass. If you arrive less than 5 minutes before the class starts, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.

HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) transforms your body by burning fat and building muscle through functional training bursts and strength-training intervals. Bodyweight, dumbbells, and functional equipment are used to burn and build! (45 minutes)
Total Body Tone
This unique format incorporates modernhigh-intensity moves and a variety of weights to create a fun-filled workout for all ages and fitness levels.
Senior Strong
An upbeat workout with mobility, functional movement, cardio, strength, and more. Improve your balance, strength, and coordination. Geared for fitter seniors, moving up and down from the floor will be included, no chair work.
Cardio
Spinning
Get ready for a high-energy, intense cardio workout. Burn fat, release stress, and build strength to upbeat music and professional coaching tailored to your fitness level. Cycling shoes w/ S.P.D. cleats or stiff-soled shoes. (30, 45, or 60 minutes)

Achieve long-term benefits while having a blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing moves, along with inspiring Latin and Hip-Hop music that makes you want to get up and move.

Senior Works
Maintain and improve physical components needed for activities of daily living. A gentle warm-up precedes strengthening, flexibility, and balance exercises, and finishes with stretching. All exercises may be performed sitting or standing, depending on your fitness level. Enjoy moving to upbeat music in a fun, supportive socialsetting. (45 minutes)
Ballet Barre
Low-impact Ballet Barre is one of our group fitness classes designed for adults of all ages, with special consideration for the needs of those 55+. Move with grace to beautiful music using ballet techniques to develop strength and balance while toning your whole body. Improve your flexibility, coordination, and posture in an uplifting atmosphere. Class on Friday is ballet-focused.
Gentle Yoga
This group fitness class is designed to gently stretch and strengthen the body while calming the mind. Because of its slow, relaxed pace and use of props, this yoga class offers an opportunity to safely build strength, mobility, and balance for all, even those healing from injury or illness.
Mind/Body
Pilates
Strengthen your core and learn to move with efficiency and precision, lengthen and strengthen important postural muscles for improved alignment and gait, andrefine the connections between yourmind and body.
Qigong
Qigong (pronounced ‘chi gung’) is a system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial arts training (closely related to Tai Chi, 45 or 60 minutes).
Yoga
Mind, Body, and Breath come together under the guidance of our experienced instructors. Achieve greater mental clarity, improve alignment, physical freedom, relaxation, strength, and flexibility.
Vinyasa Flow
Coordinate movement with breath as you flow from one pose to the next in this more active form of Yoga. Also known as Ashtanga Yoga. (Meet upstairs in The Loft.)
