GROUP FITNESS STUDIO
Our beautiful group fitness room is 1,800 square feet and complete with a stage, skylight, and mirrors. The hardwood maple floor is suspended to allow a degree of flex which recuces impact to the body. SPIN STUDIO
We also offer a dedicated spin room for all of our Spinning classes! This high energy room is equipped with 23 spin bikes and a rockin’ sound system. Sign ups open two days in advance, so call in or stop by the front desk to reserve your spot today!
FitnessWorks strives to offer options for everyone, no matter your workout style. We offer benches, racks, dumbbells, and barbells for a traditional lifting experience. If you’re into Olympic Weightlifting or High Intensity (HIIT) workout styles like Crossfit or Insanity) we also offer a lifting platform and The Rock, Functional Training System to give you the tools needed to get your workout done.
Are you looking for treadmills, or ellipticals, or bikes? Here at FitnessWorks you will find all of those and more! On top of our excellent selection of bikes, ellipticals, and treadmills, you’ll find a Jacobs Ladder, Fluid Rowers, and Free Motion’s new Incline Trainers. No matter what machine you’re on, you’ll have an excellent view of any of our 5 flat screen’s so you can catch your favorite show.
FitnessWorks strives to provide high quality equipment for you to meet your fitness goals. We feature machines by Magnum, Paramount, and Free Motion. All of our machines are maintained regularly by our in house service technician.

We like to think of it as P.E. for adults. The Rock provides a place to perform a nearly unlimited number of exercises to make you stronger, faster, more agile, and better at performing the things you do everyday!
