Modified Classes for Memorial Day…

The gym will be open LIMITED hours (8 AM-5 PM) with the following MODIFIED classes on Monday, May 27th…

  • 8:15 AM – Zumba with Nicole
  • 8:30 AM & 9:15 AM – Spin with Mike (45 min each)**
  • 9:30 AM – Aerobic Conditioning with Becky
  • 10:45 AM – Yoga with Seanna
  • 12:15 PM – SeniorWorks with JoAnn

Tis the season for colds and flu. Our fitness instructors and staff are not immune from the challenge. We recommend you “follow” us on Instagram and Facebook for the latest updates as we are able to post them or scroll down to the bottom of this website to see the posts. While we always try to sub classes before we cancel them due to instructor illness, sometimes we can’t.

Group Fitness Schedule

SIGN-UPS required for Spin classes. Please cancel if you can’t make it to class. Online sign-ups = up to 4 days in advance OR at the Front Desk = 1 day in advance. Please COME EARLY and check in with the Front Desk Staff to pick up your Spin Pedal Pass. Your spot will be given to the waitlist at 5 minutes before class starts.
